I had 245 x 40 tyres on 7.5" rims and didn't look silly. Could have gone to 255 but prob get more tyre roll.

Is it possible for timing chain to slip off crankshaft sprocket whilst head is off, if it is allowed to go slack?

Out of interest how much boost are you guys running to achieve over 300 bhp? I think with my set-up I'm too conservative on boost (0.8 bar).
