Theres a really small number of options as 1,2&3 are fixed as they're all machined onto the same counter shaft. 4th is 1:1 as it locks the input and output shaft, so that leaves you with 5th.
I've been using these people since God was a boy:

Grounds are much underrated - cause of untold engine management issues - make sure that you're bolting onto clean metal with a clean bolt and a clean connector - glassfibre brushes are good for this.
Surely, if some point in a bearings life its been inserted into a hole, it could be encouraged to come out.

The standard GM ECUs have been very well reverse engineered, they've been doing the '747 ecus (forerunner to the current units) in the US for decades now (even fitting them to non-GM cars...) There...
If we can put some ECU specific information together I can update that document and make it useful to more people.
Awesome.
If theres any information thats missing from here:

Come on the VEMS forum and ask me.
It would help if there was an AFR line with that dyno chart, but the temp value looks about right.
The torque and hp values are not on the same scale (300hp 250torques) - this accounts for the...
Hi Mark
We just called Camskill and they said that they were rears only. I'm guessing you're saying that the bearings are the same, so they'll need to be pressed out of the bearing carriers?

I'm wondering if the ports are too big - meaning that the port velocity is too low and consequently the VE is lower.
Comparing the size of the ports to some of the higher power NA engines (Pug...
I'm used to a fuel model which is charge time, then the time that the pintle takes to fully open. The not fully opening on low PW is a problem, it seems to cause irregular fuel delivery and...
Manual cal is the only sensible option - but requires a way of measuring, something I know for a fact people are hesitant to invest in. Getting the injector calibrated nicely can make a big...
Yeah there seemed to be a lot of posts on Fresh Alloy about calibrating the injector opening times, starting off with the stock value - which if Deatschwerks injectors are reflowed standard units...
If you believe things that are found on the internet then:

I'd suggest contacting Deatchwerks for their...
That is an LSU4.2, here is probably the best resource for Bosch sensor info:

I have the Bosch datasheet - its a pretty dry read which dinner party facts like heater...
I doubt that you will find anything that you can trust for less money than that.
This is the fuelling of your precious engine we're talking about here.
The universal ones are narrow band, for the 80bucks you say the chances are that its a Bosch LSU4 type - although what one is anyone's guess.
You'd be hard pushed to buy a cheaper Wideband sensor...

I've been through this on a number of cars...
Thankfully the cars in the 1990s did not have much loom integration, so you have what I'd call:
Chassis loom - with the headlights, alternator, etc....
A passing interest to see if it was 12v or 5v, no worries
Did you measure the voltage on the tacho wire?
It still drives the tacho in the same way - or the one on the dash wouldn't work.
Theres a perfectly good tacho output from the ECU, can your rev counter not use that? Last one I saw had a healthy 12v on it which is pulled to ground via the ECU. If you have a make/model for your...
