I wasn't sure if the fragments where metal, i did check on a magnet didn't seem to be magnetic but felt tough like metal so presumed it was something braking down in the engine. But when i was...
My oem engine at about 80k miles, started to get fragments of metal in the oil, every time i changed the oil I would find a hell of a lot of small metal fragments, this being the worst i found.....
i use BCPR7ES, all the motor factors seem to have these.
Yes only turn with cam sprockets removed
Pull the chain up and turn crank ( could be jammed) Cannot really jump off the bottom sprocket, with cover on
If not wrong chain?

Mine when warm from what i can remember, fix was easy.. a new vvt solenoid
Yes leno if you could take a picture mate that would be cool. Tom
Thanks bahis although im sure mine didn't look like this, the bracket was connected to the head. I really cant see the purpose of this wire lol, it bolts to head then plugs into a metal bracket? hmm
Yeah its an earth wire ( looks same as the coilpack earth)Its a similar plug Zeldoz, but is only about 5 inch long, so it will not reach from back of head, to there. I cannot see anything that the...
Hi all just finished putting my new engine into my freshly painted bay, everything is connected.
But i have this wire left over, it connects to the back of the head,...
No one has any idea where to buy these? Surely someone has had to replace these
Can the clip pictured for handbrake cable be bought? or would it come with a new caliper/ or handbrake cable? Mine got lost the other week, maybe it didn't go in correctly when i have been doing rear...
Yes use this guy, bought loads of bits from him, suprisingly fast delivery too, always under 1 week
Thanks for that diamond i was also aware of this. Thing is, my turbo has 06H-25G printed on it, on the blue badge, was just wondering if anyone knows this is the same turbo, as the t67. Tom
Hi all does anyone know the difference, if any between these turbos? The guy, from sxoc adverised it as a t67, but it is stamped as a 06H-25G
is there any difference?
Cheers
yep conceptua tuning, look on their advert it says 'extended ones available, 65mm' or these..

Thanks bahis, i was already considering a cosworth hg, as some of their parts like their pistons look extremely good quality, and have heard good things myself. How would i go about working out the...

I have the exact same problem, had it for months! i just removed the bulb, but id like to know the solution, or is it just a matter of buying the new sensor?
Where abouts are you from in north west? i drove past a white r34 yesterday, in black 14a with white wheels and someone flashed me :D
It will probably be the starter motor solenoid mate, so id just try a replacement. I had the exact same issue a few weeks ago, apart from mine was starting the car but only just, as it was really...
Yeah prety annoyed as it was advertised as great condition and out of a running car. What do you mean about less than 0.0025 on the journal and what page was it on, in the manual? :p
I bought a second hand crank in 'great condition' in the hope i could polish it and use standard size bearings, without having to regrind.
I checked the con rod journals and the readings was
#1...
I had the exact same thing, until i changed the box oil..
