This may be an issue, the wire snapped from my knock sensor and has been repaired, it may need a better job doing!
Ill have another check of the pipework and pressure test it all see if I can find anything

Awesome work so far! Just one point, I'd recommend moving the oil cooler to the side so it's not in front of the radiator, lots of people have heat soak problems as the oil cooler is always hot

As said wardy (apw engineering) makes awesome manifolds!
As Chris has said you can run the 3a chip with a standard manifold with no detrimental effect
Speak to Wardy (apw engineering) about the manifold pal, should be able to get it lots cheaper than 6boost and it's supporting forum members businesses :)
As said jubilee clips work fine, been used for years on machines running pressured much higher than an sr20 will ever run. Just make sure you have a lip on the end of the pipe or nothing will hold it
