I always thought that this was a jap spec cooler, it has a different hose size and the pipe on the engine is also different size....
Clutch slave cylinder on the bottom/side of the gearbox. There could be fluid in the rubber bellow indicating a leaking slave.
You can also adjust the play on the clutch pedal if the rest is fine.
Put it (carfully) in first gear and rev it above 1500rpm to fill the vvt solenoid, or use a 12v on the solenoid.
Fuel filter>rear rail>pressure regulator>tank. You want your injecor's in the pressurised part, controlled by the regulator.

I had to modify 2 washers supplied with the poly bushes because they were to close to the subframe. The top one if I remember correctly.

Doesn't that also involve boring with a torque plate as they deform the block locally? Or is that only needed with a n SR20?

You could also bend the plate backwards.
Or make a few cut's and bend the lip but that's quite ugly.
