Well, when it happened to me (twice) it was the plugs, because they were soothed as indicated above :)

Plugs first! And check if soothed, switch to standard grade!

If it squeals at start-up for example, start engine with the bonnet open. Turn off and feel the pulleys temperature, the hotter will be the one needing adjustement.
