From where do you connect the oil return lines? You have at least 6 new return lines on the sump...do you have one coming from the rear...
You should check the timing with a timing gun to see where it is at...
I would also try cleaning the idle control valve and reset the base idle...the valve can clogged with oil residue and not...

So i torqued up the power steering belt so no slipping.
Didn't drain or disconect any fluid lines. I just unbolted t'he steering rack, lifted it up and installed the new bushings.
