Unplug the existing engine loom then you should be able to take the required ign on and constant from the plugs on main loom.

CA and SR mounts are the same aren't they? This picture compares a SR and a RB crossmember from an s13, the s12 crossmember looks to have very similar mounts to the sr one.

Iirc the manual is 3.7 and the auto is 3.9 but thats not enough to change the Speedo by 20mph, there are lots of autos converted to manual out there so i cannot see that being the problem as no one...
