and now the idle seems to be very irregular tried a search but it threw back hunting between 200rpm...

has anyone got a fitting diagram for the cas struggling to find it

i know it has something to do with two dots and a notch

A friend recently had his viscous fan fail on him.... It cost him two waterpumps a cambelt kit and a head gasket kit plus labour before he learnt what was wrong.... He now used twin fans if one fails...

first off has it got oil may be too thin try a change so you know its correct

the breathers should go across the top over to your instant gasket electrical taped idle control valve there should be another breather there?

the extra wire on the lamber plug could have been an...

its just an electronic version of an apexi exhaust silencer valve which is manually operated by a cable

Gearbox oil mt90 all the time!

no play in the shaft at all and diddnt smoke at all there are minor cracks in the wastegate port but most used units do anyway i dont mind posting if postage is covered ect
