Flipping a Ferrari is careless, but an immense buzz I'd imagine.
S13 still not turned out as hoped, but goalposts change; quite fancying a destroked R32 (VAG) lump, big powers.
It's...

cheeky bugger.:smash: You ok?
it does at the minute yeah, and generally has for the last 4-5 years, in between fannying around with it.
Pi - Most of the pics were hosted n my PC at work, still...
So i've fitted a ZF 8HP auto gearbox to the rusty Datsun.
It had its challenges, mainly that no one makes an adapter/fly/flexplate for the 4G63, so I bought a 3D printer learnt CAD and designed and...
I'm in.
This^
Was about to post the same.
From post 101 onwards of this thread is where it gets interesting...

TBH thought I'd posted on the thread somewhere, but haven't checked.
Seems I did......
Just a bucket of water, posh water you got your way. :D
Looks like Jem's been at it.

Take it to a prop shop, I paid £40 to have mine replaced and balance checked last year.
The controller is controlled by the ECU (Syvecs in my case), your ECU needs to have a PWM fuel pump strategy and spare TTL (ignition) output; though you can make it work with a normal output but it...
A bit more geek.
The fuel pump doesn't need to running full chat all the time, needlessly heating up the fuel and making a load of noise so I've connected and mapped a Jaguar F-Type fuel pump...
So, I've been looking at setting up flat shifting/gear cut using the clutch as a trigger, should I go drag racing to keep the boost up and the shifts fast.
I had a simple (brake) switch on the pedal...
Went to a Dyno Day at Jez's today organised by Limitless.
It was great to see Jez again, it's been a while.
Anyway, it didn't go too badly; but I'm sure there's another 50 ponies in this turbo. ...
Phil had a convertible one of these, said it just wheelspan everywhere. They are a nice looking car, prefer the tin top to a 'vert though.
I'm not sure you can map them much, I had a look a while...
The reason for getting such a car is so you don't have to ferry spawn around. :)
Nice BTW, Jonny.
XFR Sportbrakes are available, amongst the hens teeth.
Not sure I'd class something that'll do 15mpg around town a perfect daily, though.
Damn cool car though.
The XFS Sportbrake, (diesel...
That would figure as I found photos of the R8 coils in a TFSI and they sat at the same height.
A fair bit of work on the sump was done.
The bits needed to make it fit were to take about an inch...
Nice stock looking, dusty crap keepy-outy coil cover...

Hidden Splitfire goodness (but maybe not as good as once was)...
84787
Lanky VAG (2l TFSI), R8 would be worse if taller...
84788...
Well the coils are too tall for the 4G, They'd work but I'd need to lose the coil cover which I don't want to do as it'll spoil the look.
My new roadie has discs, never had a mountain bike, probably never will LOL...

Cheers.
I need to check the height. I'll be putting them into a 4G63, but that already sits high.
I have a spare coil though, I just had to replace one in the missus car (not an R8 LOL) so I have a...
