hello i would like to get a 1a chip and fitting for my s14a can you fit if i turn up at your work space?

i have an s14a and was wondering if any chipped manual ecus would work ok i have nats on my key ect does the ecu have to be nats or are all s14a ecus nats?and would i need key sender
