As cuppa says, what are your 5 settings for both Hi and Lo? ( Set, Gain, Set Gain, Warn, Limit). It's odd that it works for one and not the other, theyre just settings, physically the hardware sounds...
What is your set back setting if it hits the warning level? Does it behave the same on milder setting ?
Any chance we might get refunds before Christmas ? Could enquire with higher spec staff member ....

Possible obvious one, but have you checked your sparkplug gaps, for Stage 3/ 3a, reduced gap is required 0.6-0.7mm.

No I don't, there are some on Youtube, louder even with bungs and deeper note to the Apexi N1 dual, sounds more raw.
The're 100mm, the rest of the system is 80mm front section into 2 x 60mm to the tailpipes.
I did look at jetex parts, but would need another source for the 100mm SS pipe, and by the time you add...
I asked them, they would take longer, 3-4 days and cost significantly more ! Can't really do without the car for that long.
I used to have one on my previous S14a, before writing it off.
