fuel pumps are a know problem with the 14/14a. iirc the fuel pump should prime every time the ignition is switched on after arming and disarming the alarm/imob

yeh defo turbo seals mate, If its a standard turbo then i wouldnt bother getting it reconed. get an upgrade
