Another vouch for SurfexHD. I got a 5L jug of it and you need very little mixed with water for it to be effective. Worked well degreasing an engine bay. Also, had an interior which was very heavily...
Might have to get me a fleece. Giz pictures Ste
Sean isn't wrong Ste. Unless you're playing with the grinder and welder yourself, you'd be better off just buying some S15 seats and bolting them in.
I've sent you a PM, I'd be able to collect.
I would highly advise against using an S15 in the winter. These things rot like hell if they're left to it and by the time you've noticed it a good amount will be rotten because it's rotten from the...
Item location is China. I know all the cheap stuff you'd get is from China anyway, but I'd find a UK supplier to avoid the headaches when this inevitably doesn't fit and you have to start chopping...
Not only are second hand engines fetching strong money, most of them are 100k+ mile engines, that are just as ready to blow up as your engine was. I'm in a similar scenario, where I have an engine...
All going back together now aye. Interesting to see what you're doing with the wiring loom as it's something I've been going over in my mind. I've also been going over Steve's photo album of the...
Was looking for Aristos for sale in Japan and I've stumbled across an actual gold mine.

Right I'm finally typing this up. Been meaning to update this for aaaaaages, but with all the report writing for uni work lately, the last thing I've wanted to do was spend more hours writing this.

Welcome. The car looks really smart in that colour mate. The rear fog actually looks quite tidy aswell unlike many.
Thank you both for your kind words. Whilst I agree with you both, my car doesn't. I debated taking it off the road in August for a more extensive refurb, however the car decided that for me anyway.

For a start, get some proper grippy tyres and don't drive it in this shitty weather. The gritters have come out to play! :(
Feel like I'm about to read another sbody meets lamp post thread soon.
Might be time to update this thread to show I got to this situation...

If you're chucking fuel economy out of the window then just get a Stagea
That's awful Ste. Buy a primera. You want to buy mine? ;)
Solid effort changing your fuel pump in a supermarket car park. Like how you bought a new steering wheel when you needed a fuel pump :D
Well it's quite easily fixable but the lack of rear lights got me.

Took off the top chain guide and the rattle is gone. I did buy a new chain tensioner and will change that too since all around the current tensioner there is loads of oil sludge. Bought it now anyway...
I hope it is just the picture and the cam isn't worn due the the spray bars being blocked. I only have one other image of the exhaust cam up close, I think I'm gonna have to whack the rocker cover...
I happen to have taken a picutre of my engine with the cover off and it seems like it does have a guide that looks like the one above, someone else said that they were removed for the S15s?
This is...
Whoops. Double post.
This is exactly what I'm on about removing in the posts above as it was still there when I last took pictures with the rocker cover off. I forgot to specify that I meant the upper one in the rocker...
