Well I aint on Friendsbook, so that's me out the question. I'd have though the bulletin board way would have remained. Good to track topics and find older posts. Kids know nothing these days...
Not bad mate, you? Have I missed anything in the last few years? I'm a bit out of the Japanese scene now. I assume you're still balls deep in the same project? The 200 I mean...

...Is Daz still gay?
Been a while since I've popped on SXOC, but glad to see the old faces are still here. Nice work with the choice of...
I just need someone Dropbox details to load it to as it's too big to email
Because I don't have that website anymore.
I still have the service manual pdf though... Does anyone have a dropbox account or similar to load it to? Its 284MB
Hi Pete
Well I've not been on here for the last few years.... But it's good to see you're still on top form doing another major project like this. Well done
Is the halfway house no longer?
So this was my daily driver up to the end of last year. It needs some attention to pass the mot, so it's now up for sale. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/201540292711
Well funny you say that, but I did have both datsuns up for sale at the end of last year as I don't have the time to do anything with them.
This one is still unfinished and I'm looking to sell it....
Still have both datsuns.
The CA one I moved from the outside home where it was covered in a lot of crap and an amazing amount of snails. Have done very little to it.
The SR20DE is my rusty...
Turned out actually to be big ends. Didn't sound that deep to start with until it got worse soon after I started this thread.
I changed them from underneath and I drive it like a bastard and they...
Thanks mate. PM box cleared...
With a 2 piece prop one half of the prop has to be an extension of the gearbox or the diff i.e. perfectly straight. Since you have 3 UJ's, one has to be straight and the other two must be in phase to...
Hi mate. I trust all is well :-)
I found brushing them half way through works well to work stuff loose. Thing is though I was disappointed in some way. It removed the rust but the metal was so...
I'd be tempted to see what it's like when it's up and running and hot. Has it ever been hard to start?
Was that done hot or cold? Where were the losses - rings or valves?
How much was that Drifter?
Coincidently, I bought this on Xmas Eve. Happy Xmas Martin, Love Martin :wack:...
It strikes me that a yank isn't the car for you. Parking them isn't that hard to be honest. Many cars are quite big to be fair regardless if they're American or not and an E63 is a good example of a...
First 20 mins are critical. General advice is to not let it idle and keep it above 1,500rpm. Some say 2,000rpm and some say vary between 1,500 rpm and 3,000rpm. It's a bit different on an SR20 but...
Well I'd just go with his recommendations. It may affect any warranty you have with him otherwise.
Seen this a few times. I think what he wants to say is 'I have many spares available, please contact me'... But isn't doing it as well as the people who sell a wheel nut for 99p...
Are you running in new cams too?
So the car has now done about 700 miles.
There's been another mates wedding...

You have many options, depending on whether you want to put a different make axle in (e.g. Ford) and change the PCD. Or try to find an H165 from an A10 or 810/910 estate. Some maybe H190 though?...
