I get what you mean but the freshly painted areas that he did now have swirls like the 3rd pic (Not as severe and not as many) It's hard to tell without the right light if there's holograms though. ...

Since you corrected mine Jem when you were last down, there's been minimal swirls, but you can tell now its been cleaned badly.
Thank you very much for the help. Atleast I have a better idea of what's happend and can use the advice to make sure I don't get fobbed off or anything.
