sounds like a boost leak to me .. check all pipes again .. other than that was it a cheap fmic? they can be pretty porous!...does she stall when u come down in revs to stop?

your coil packs should be ok unless u were completely submerged... as the lads said a good spin to dry her out and wd40 is your friend.. spray all contacts u think might have got a sup of...
