I've done this a couple of times (trashed first set of disks on the track :wack: )

remove original disk, if you position it carefully face to face, the 8mm holes for removing the disk line up...

If it runs, tow it with the engin running in neutral, if it doesn't then disconnect the propshaft - or start looking for a manual box for the conversion

I run a SSQ on my auto. helps to stop me blowing induction hoses off when the T28 is running at 15psi. Otherwise I don't think it makes much difference really

Sounds like you have a couple of the coil pack trigger leads back to front & she's trying to fire the wrong piston in the wrong place. Check the wiring etc.

Doesn't sound normal to me. I generally find front pads wear 4-5 times faster than rears (expected as front do most of the work) but should wear roughly evenly (to within a mm or so)
