you can get diy kits for a few quid failing that take sump off and take it to garage will work out cheaper unless you can get another sump cheapy cheap
why dont you get it helicoiled? saves messing around swapping sumps, had a quick look and seems a common prob but nothing about using sumps from later models

sounds like brake judder when hot, common problem on pretty much most mitsi`s, get the front discs skimmed and clean the pads up then bed them in carefully for the 1st few miles, should be ok then :)

Apart from its totally different :wack: shogun sport would be correct but never had many probs with those, centre plates used to self destruct, slip or chatter like a bitch when on idle
