It's the tech's at my work trying to fix it and as the last time it was in i managed to get myself a bit suspended i didn't get to see what they tried, been told they tried gasket paper but couldn't...

Any idea where i'd locate a gasket for it?

Might have partly sussed it, do jap spec engines have a different intake or adapter manifold compared to UK spec thus requiring a different gasket?

Morning people, my 200's been off the road now for 2 years and still struggling to get it running, it now revs, has compression and is all timed up but won't idle and i've exhausted the technical...

Not seen the car in person but i've heard he likes touching men...

He's got good plans for it though involving HD :)

What about plugs, brake fluid, coolant etc.? Anything else i should look at/replace as it's not run for 2 years? Obviously still got the MoT to do... Can't go wrong for £15 an hour +vat

I think it's sorted now, was out, perhaps 180o? Could explain why crankpulley got easier and harder to turn by hand? I'll find out more accurately what they did next week

O RRY? Its a jap engine/head with the ports that aren't used and i'm assuming appropriate ECU, turbo elbow and AFM :wack:

If it won't help then i'll leave it alone

It runs!!!! Very roughly but the guys at work (Vauxhall) managed in not much time (though at one point there was 5 of them under the bonnet!) what i couldn't do in countless hours under the car and...
