I have a manual boost controller from Driftworks which went in last year, but it seems to keep needing adjustment. It has a Stage 1 chip so I can run up to 1bar, I normally try to set it at around...

So discs and calipers, would it be simply taking off the facelift and bolting straight onto the pre facelift?

Hi mate, yeah, it may well be, we haven't got the donor car just yet, so we were just wondering what to expect.

Could someone tell me what we would need to change to 'upgrade' (I say that lightly) the brakes from a facelift S13 and put onto a pre facelift S13. We may happen to have a donor car and a friend...

Saw a white S14 on the M40 today between High Wycombe and came off at Uxbridge around 12.15, I wasn't in my S13 but in a black Mondeo, was just in front of you at Swakeleys.

Hi MrParr, no boost gauge yet, is on my list and has been for some time, think I'll get it done all in one go in that case. How long to fit the Walbro in mechanics hands (meaning not mine..! lol)

And where would you fit a bleed valve?

Hi TM, thanks for that, shouldn't be too expensive then..! When would you fit a boost controller as I just checked Horsham and for Stage 1 they recommend a boost controller.

Well, funds won't allow everything I'd like, so really just enough to fix the problem, so if I got a Walbro and Stage 1 chip is that all or do I really need a boost controller as well?
