Sorry plus I have Rota Grids 18x9.5j et30 on the front and with a 5mm spacer they can only go so low then the wheel hits on the springs. With a 10mm spacer it clears ok! So what studs would I need...

What else is needed to change the studs on the front of an s14? would you need to change the wheel bearing? plus is it a nightmare to do?
