I was recommended not to use the Hydrate 80 under the primer since I have got it back to 99% clean metal....

Im currently stripping and painting the metal under the windscreen. Looks like some of the rust has got between the metal layers.
Would it be best to use a zinc primer...
Does anyone know if the S14A lenses would fit on the S14 housings? If so maybe that would solve the S14A problem?

Is it possible to replace the rear brake pipe (the one that goes over the subframe without removing the rear subframe? I cant seem to undo the propshaft to diff bolts lol...
It turns out that I was a numpty. One of the connectors on the ribbon cable for the Chip wasn't quite aligned. I re-crimped it and it works perfectly!
Sorry to bump an old thread, but what was the outcome of this in the end? I seem to have exactly the same issue (H-DEV Stage1A chip in = CEL and limp mode, remove chip CEL = off and normal...
