antiroll bars work liek torsion bars they twist wont matter if they are solid mounted although you may end up snapping the links thats about it

i never had cooling issues when i had the ac rad in the way although its gone now as it was rotten...
welded all the way around as i wanted it to be strong some people say it will be a overkill but i dont care and as regards the ic/rad setup...

20, 2 1/2 years driving no no claims on a s13 best quote i had was from...
do a ca s13 kit after dan loads of people are after soemthing like this ;)
not a hard job make the plates up so they fit underneath the hole, then tack, grind weld down then apply a skim of filler sand, skim, sand, etc untill you have a nice smooth boot :)
done mine at work and just tacked the plates in every inch and everything was fine :) no warping and btw mine was alot worse than that 4 plates about 5X6" curving down the boot lid
