    I run stage 3a at 1.45 bar. I use a blue spring...

    I run stage 3a at 1.45 bar. I use a blue spring with the rod adjusted to run 1.3bar for "low boost" setting and then my AVCR tops it up to 1.45 bar for "high boost" setting.
