What a find! Great work as always!
I thought the same! Haha!
Got a nice fresh rebuilt engine sitting around so I want to do something with it! Cheers for the info.
Hi Guys,
As above I have seen an SR lump in one and a cossie not seen a CA18 DET in one.
Anyone know of any?
Thanks
Paul
thats going to look sweet!
you will be able to pick up a second hand nackered engine easily and cheap.
I am suprised the exhaust hasnt been ripped off its so low!
with the box the max it will weigh is 250kg :)
exhaust looks like a janspeed to me.
well they are balanced from the factory so it wont be that bad
Pete i am sure you would of bought new ones anyway!
it has been thought of before but its just pointless. genuine nissan gasgets are spot on and if fitted correctly with locking nuts ect as shane said it will be fine.
with they tyre sizes they will rub front and back
they will look stupid! and they will prob rub on the inner arch when you turn
Nice car pete! enjoy this one mate!
quality thread! you will be finished by tomorrow lunch time!! lol!
that really is coming along well. great work!
you certainly dont hand about! great work.
the standard shocks are prob not completly shite. They have prob just done quite a few miles!
nice work Phil! does sound nice.
the aircon runs on a seperate belt. you wont need a belt on it at all. you will be left with 2 belts. one for the power steering and one for the alternator
it would work fine mate.
most prob the syncro. you could try new oil but to be honest a lot of 200's i have has have done it also. how many miles has your box done?
bloody hell! now that is rusty! well done mate for putting the work in. myself and many other people would of just walked away! good luck with it all!
looks like a mongoose exhaust to me.
very nice looking motor! good luck with it mate.
how old!
