the v shaped piece that goes between the subframe and hub, arb fits to it aswell

i had this recently and it was the gap between the electrodes on the spark plug being to close together.

there nice a friend has one fitted and is very pleased with the quality and fit of it. nice sound to.

yes i have moved to iridium spark plugs, what boost would u say is a safe bet with the mods i have done? im running 0.7 atm

right some good news, fixed my problem it was to do with the spark plugs and the gap between the electrodes basicly the gap was to small i.e under load or high rpm it sparks more creating heat...

yeah only started yesterday, yeah im running standard exhaust for mo but it was fine, would a blowing exhaust be the problem?

i was thinking spark plugs, and i dont know how to check timing may...

pmsl, found out mine was coming from the steering pump and hoses real bad lol

but has the normal timing chamber leak to :nod:

iv got the same problem from that direction on the engine but mine is really bad, is there anything else it can be on that side of the engine bay? air con, steering pump?
