Well looks like the dash and front seat have got to come out melted all the way through the loom and melted to a few different wires :(

Found this wiring diagram and can see the wire i mean but don't understand where it goes it just says 22 at the end of it ? should of paid more attention when i was being told how to read them lol

i've put the timing to the right place now and it drive so much better ! i got another manual boost controller and thats **** to so i just brought a decent one so i'll fit it tomoz...

Right i need to do the timing on the truck but i got a couple of Q's

1. are all ca lump's 15 degrease BTDC as im sure i read once that ones from Japan are 20 degrease ?

2. on the crank...

Fuel pressure was 0.5 bar out : ( so once i get another FPR im going to check the timing too and hopefully fingers crossed it should be ok !

What sort of pressure should the fuel pump be running at ? as i've just ordered a gauge so i can check it out

Yeah thats what its like well ive been skint last couple of weeks but i will be buying some more injectors this weekend and hopefully that will sort the problem

Yeah that's what happens it primes then stops and when you turn it on there's a blue light and once its primed it turns off but its dim when the cars running ? could it possibly not be holding...

Right this is what the fuel pump kicks out when its priming the engine !
