try loosing all bolts and tap subframe up may have gone on pissed and just got stuck

id say the nut is not fuly tightened if ya have fiited locking collars the l braket wouldve misshapen take a pic with collors fitted they dnt lock the subframe solid they are a cheap fix to help...

Have ya removed the restrictor in the standard vac pipe which went to old solinoid before fitting that vslve if not ull only run 7 psi anyway as ive had one of those and u screw it in for more boost

Have you adjusted the rear shoes

Slacking cable at handbrake lever.

Take rear wheels off.

remove rubber bung on discs.

Look through hole and ull see a cog.
turn cog till discs lock on.
