Thanks. Trying to educate myself on the CA's a bit. When the timing belt was re-done, wouldn't the engine need to be set @ TDC?

Have you tried removing the CAS but leaving it plugged in and turning it? When turned, if good. It'll fire the injectors & coils... You will hear the clicking. IF no clicking. CAS is toast...

Do you have any kind of vacuum leaks? That would throw the idle out which in turn will effect timing.

My money is on the fact that you didnt use a Restrictor so you then drowned the Bearings in Oil which then blew out the Seals

Many people have switched from a T25 to either a BB T28 from an S15 or...

that is why your suppose to replace your Oil Feed Lines whenever you replace Turbo's

But also... If your Oil Feed Line is getting clogged, then you got other problems (plugged Oil Filter or alot...
