As I open up the the the throttle it splutters up to 2k runs rough then cuts out. I haven't checked continuity of the wire. The pumps good I checked it for blockages but it seemed fine.

Checked them they're fine the two wires with a single wire next to it? my boost pressure sensor is disconnected?
Well I do have some wires disconnected but I think they where part of the standard IC I'll have a look now I'll do the pressure check when I get my gauge back
It didn't budge when I tested it pumped 1.4 bar in to it and the gauge I had read the same after a smoke and a brew maybe a tiny bit under
Haha im saying it's not due to how many times I've checked but like you say not checking properly but I connect a pressure gauge to it and pressure is steady as a rock
