Sounds like the bar/main brace is pushing/pulling on the bolt making it difficult to extract.
If you cant twist the main brace, try lowering/jacking up the car to take the load off it then twist it,...

Mate I would start by stripping it and checking the condition of everything! Figure out if anything needs replacing or any machine work needs doing, once you know whats what then make a plan...
You will know when the old one comes off, just have a tube of gasket paste handy(the same as you would use on the engine sump). That way if it does have a gasket and it is not reuseable you can seal...
Plugs probably been gapped to Nissans settings 1.1mm when they should be between 0.8mm and 0.9mm.
Possibly ignition amplifier as well as the above metioned list of possible issues.
