Im fitting a avcr to a s14a, but the pin nos arnt working out, the ecu is a FA 82f03. but there is no pin no 20 (throttle) on it. could it be an import ?

Think that would be the most straight forward way to do it. Nats2 is directly connected to your ecu and requires the key, halo, and box. plus all looms.

Danny, you need your ecu, the nats2 box in the top inside off the passenger wing, and the halo from around the key fob, along with your key. plus all wiring harnesses.
