Thanks for sharing you knowledge. I run the car at0.9 bar for normal driving as his produces 270 bhp. I turn it up to full boost which is 1.5 bar for shits and giggles.

Your right I shouldn't make the mistake of saying stage 3 as a custom map is nothing like a stage 3 chip. Was just tring to say that as much as people say you need this and that for stage 1, 2 and 3...

Please don't jump on the stage 2 and 3 need a t28 as that's not true. Just had a custom stage 3 map done by jez at horshams with 444cc injectors, z32 airflow and t25 and got 320 bhp running 1.5bar....

All the rust is now gone and engine is complete. Had trouble with manifolds. All of them are putting my exhaust turbo elbow in/ on my gearbox. Seem to have gotten around this but a bit annoying....

It runs on three cylinders? Did a compression test on no1 and it is fine. How do you test the injector?
Changed the coil pack, plug and loom and have spark but no go :-(
