Mine did this when they wasn't really tight! Take off and make sure the face is clean and then refit but make sure you tighten them evenly and really tight!

Could be any of those, but when mine missed when come on boost was the spark plug, had a hairline crack in it so check them well, hope you sort it!

My water temp doesn't go over 84 c but that's with a up rated rad do that might be another option instead of the oil cooler as lower water temps will help oil temps!

Isn't it the big hole you are talking about? if so then the lamba sensor goes there and if your not running one there should be a bung to screw in it.
