My car is considerably lower than a mates m sports. prob about 20-25mm I would guess.

Pretty much standard. Is lowered on coilovers, but am unsure of the make at the minute.

As stated before - tighten turbo line to turbo in the correct position- i marked mine before removal which really helped. then set the turbo assy on to the manifold bolts maybe using 1 nut to hold...

Def not a boost leak - pressure tested the system numerous times.
Had the controller about 2 weeks - but its only started playing up today?
I'm having a funny prob with my manual boost controller (ball and spring) device.
I have it set to 12 PSI. When i set it it was holding boost fine.
But this morning i floored the car and it hit...

EDIT - take fuel pump fuel out for a few turns of the starter to prime all the systems.
100% it will be loose connection - don't worry.
Will do no harm taking rad cap off and checking the level - although wait until the car has cooled down or you will end up with a 2" blister on your...
Nothing to worry about - dodgy connections on the gauge solder points - used to happenm in my old s14a.
Never attempted to fix it tho. get yourself a water temp gauge mounted in the car somewhere...

Can anyone with FAST confirm part no.s?
Turned out to be a loose wire on the lock position switch in the drivers door. So the passenger door is actually "a slave" to the drivers door.
Hope this helps someone in the future.
