i think you need to Re-synchronise the key fob cant remember how to do it but if you do a search your bound to find something on it

i have a 97 14a 108,000 and it rattles when cold then after about a minute it goes quiet then once the car is warm it comes back. also if i take it to 2500 rpm then it goes. well confusing
