Can you get over 4k by gently increasing the throttle or is 4k like hitting a brick wall? Have you checked the actuator is working fine/the arm is still connected.

Whats the minimum setting your actuator will do?

Thats what I use, welding glass glued onto a kood adaptor that has the lip to accept the filter holder.
