As far as engine swaps go a SR into a S12 is pretty easy! Grey designs have a look at the 'lmrdave' KA24 swap on S12OC for transmission mods required to run a SR type gearbox.

I have some boot hinges.
Only have mk2 front end and mk2 rubbing strips.
No, I think they were OZ and Canada(?).
What engine and gearbox combo have you got?
SR box is a pretty easy swap in, only changes where the gear stick is and needs the mount adapting slightly (use S13/14 front prop section and S12 rear - I think from memory - it's been a while!).

Wow thanks for the response all!
It's for an 'off road' road rally S12 Silvia.
The front suspension is currently S12 struts (converted to coil overs and refilled with thicker fluid) 300lb 14"...
Can you unscrew the stock struts and refill?
Anyone know the fluid capacity of them if they are refillable??
Looking at converting them to coil overs, but need to be able to refill them after....

I used the engine loom fromn the donar, and made about 6-8 connections to the chassis loom that was required. I'd do the same again and only swap over bits if you need them, like speedo for example.
Not sure on the RB box, but I but an SR box in an S12, using S13/14 (forget which) front half of the prop with an S12 rear half, not need for custom props.
The gear stick didn't line up any more...
Two connections on the engine side, one a nut on a stud the other is on the opposite side and a bolt/set screw.
The bottom one is a PITA and use either a bend 17mm spanner, or a wobbley headed on...
Northerner on S12OC has a brand new pair for sale.
They some times pop up on ebay, or get them refurbed.
I've got some but not 16 anymore as I've used some to hold my spare wheels in. I'll try to remember to check next time I'm in the garage.
Should be able to get a full set from us all!
Which ones do you want? I can probably point you in the right direction, Mines fully polly bushed, but have to research into which bushes off other cars would fit. S12OC also has a thread on them.
I've got one if you need one.
Don't know but I do have an S12 one spare.
Most likely be the headlight relays, I had one go on my first S12. As to which one it is I can't remember, one of the ones on the OS inner wing under the plastic shield (going on memory from several...
Ratio's aren't the same.
Crown wheels should be used with the correct pinion as they are a matched pair and will be marked accordingly.

Waiting on mine coming from The US of A.
Can't get in contact with MJP, web site doesnt seem to work and phone numbers I have don't work.
Need bushes soon :smash:
Do a search on Club S12 (the US S12 site) sure I've read about it being done on there.
Cheers, any idea on thread sizes for the S14 stuff, I'm guessing something odd like fine M14 (x1.5).
S13's were M12x1.25.
Does anyone know if skyline stuff will fit???
Are track/tie rods different for S13's and S14's.
I am looking for the longer setup than an S13 for a project I'm sorting, I have S13 inner and out track rods abd about 20degrees of tow out :wack:...
