the intercooler wont increase your pressure like that mate, the fmic will cool the forced air alot better than the wmic. This will increase your pressure to spin the tubby, which will obviously pull...

The turbo is in the same condition as before, only a tiny amount of play in shaft, in my experience with them i shouldt think it will...

the turbo still had some random oil in the chamber, so i guessed that would be ok, otherwise how would you prime it? the braided hoses are well strong and wont kink or pinch.
theres oil all over...
