Check the rear subframe bushes, there common and will cause knocking from the rear. If one has failed it will look damp around it.

I had a S14 T28 on my stage 3 setup at first, made good power but didn't last too long. Too close to the turbos limits. I now have a GT28R and they are worlds appart. Deifnatly has more power again...

PAS was juddering on the mondeo. Found a coolant pipe had rubbed on pas pully and was leaking coolant on the belt. Super glued the pipe and routed away from the pully. Doesn't leak and still like it...

If you have only done the cambelt the only reason I can think of for it no to start is incorrect belt timing or the CAS.
