I never received the release bearing with the clutch back when I ordered it..
Hi Been,
Which precise release bearing / spigot do I need for this?
Hi Bren,
I've got an S15, I take it these fit? Will use the current flywheel so would I just need the clutch or anything else on top?
Cheers
I don't know, it's been OK for a few years and just started going wrong now. It could be the unit but if it is another issue then I wouldn't want to get another immobiliser and have that melt as well.
It's because it's an S15 - I posted here because my MOT is due imminently and I needed some quick responses, sorry :indiff:
It is quite worrying as I don't have a clue why it's happening... Also,...
Hi,
I have a problem with my car which means it keeps cutting out intermittently. I've narrowed it down to the immobiliser (Gemini) which seems to get very hot caused by the wires going into it....
Well guys thanks for the help. I found what the problem was and it was the alarm. Seems the connector had an issue! Thanks for help chaps. :)
I'm pretty rubbish at this, are there any pics of what is what? I got the cover off and can see the insides but I can't see where the screws are..
Thanks for the help. Is it pretty simple to remove the ignition switch?
It is aftermarket so that could be it. Are they easy to disengage so I can troubleshoot?

Hi chaps,
Bit of a weird one this, just recently my engine's just been cutting out whilst I'm driving. It's happened when stood at the traffic lights but also whilst going down the motorway. It...
I had my car mapped at h-dev so everything should be setup optimally ie. not overfuelling but it still occassionally bangs (like gunshot loud!) when coming off the throttle so I don't think it's just...
I never said I was pissed off about it. I give them lots of room, leave a long gap between my and their car before overtaking and over take at a reasonable speed, not hell for leather scorching their...
I'm thinking of getting a REALLY bright fog light at the back so I can blind them back.
Because it really ****ing pisses me off that there's these nob ends out on the road who think it's illegal to overtake.
Err, no... but wouldn't you just flash and not leave them on as a warning?
I don't know if any of you guys get it regularly but whenever I overtake someone at night down a country road they will flash me and leave their high beams on. Usually they are doing about 50 in a 60...
THe fastest s13 with a spoiler made up of melted down condoms!!
haaaaaaaaahahahaha!!!!!
Maybe he was trying to overtake because you were so slow?!
They fold but the gap is about 20 centimeters high so no bike unless it's a brompton or a bmx
The spoiler came in handy as a keyboard rest for my laptop, thanks
Well, I fixed the problem. It wasn't the clutch or the diff or anything like that. It was the bloody locking wheel nut I forgot to take off the right rear wheel... Oops :wack:
