Would Utd fans take that?
Right about now I think they'd take anything.
They're probably going to have to make do with the Charity Shield this year :wack:
Best they can hope for is to win the FA Cup and get in the Europa League next year  Oh no they cant as they got knocked out by Swansea :wack:
Would a Man U fan want to beat Sunderland and get in the League Cup final or rather just get knokced out now to save a potential humiliating spanking from City in a cup final?
I think Utd won't buy this January transfer window and will finish in top 5 come May. They will however buy big in the summer as they need to protect their share prices... this means Moyes will be under even more pressure and I don't know how long they will give him next season... but as an Arsenal fan I love seeing Utd suffer...!
I think the season will finish like this:
- Man City
- Chelsea
- Arsenal
- Man Utd
- Liverpool
I got a Man United lamp as a gift, the instructions said it looks best placed in the middle of the table.
How smug will Everton fans be if they finish above Utd :D
I think its City or Arsenal this year with Chelsea in 3rd, then Spurs, Liverpool and Everton fighting for 4th..
I think Everton did better out of the managerial merry go round if I'm honest
They're going to have to do something special to get themselves up there.
They've constantly shown they can't hang with the big boys this season, they've managed 1-0 against Arsenal at home and lost every other big game in the league.
I think they'll stay around 6th,7th,8th to be honest, if you can't beat anyone further up the table then you won't finish high.
I'm as ABU as anyone, but I just feel sorry for Moyes now. He looked almost broken when he trudged off tonight.
If you don't support either team crap penalty shootouts are great fun.
Well that penalty shoot out yesterday was probably the worst I have seen.
I should imagine they were immensely tired by then
what the hell is it with England and English teams that cant take penalties ..... it started off being funny but it was embarrassing at the end .... the whole thing was special needs at its best
Moyes must be feeling a bit nervous right now.... Mind you, he'll get a rather hefty pay out for the rest of his 6 year contract.
He doesn't care either way now.
He slated his team in the post-match interview, I think he's starting to get sick of the bunch of overpaid primadonna's that make up his team.
I think the only way Fergie found to deal with them was using the hairdryer.
Well can Mata save them from their worst season in decades?????
Wasn't Mata Chelsea's player of the season when they finished 4th and 6th?
If they get Mata, but lose Rooney that's a definite downgrade.
I quite like Mata, still cant work out how he struggles to get in the national side but Torres is virtually gaurenteed a place
