Z32 rears are fine.
Fonts, depends on what you want to spend
Can get a bigger disc with stock or z32 calipers, or use skyline GTR setup, or use Evo brembo calipers with a bigger disc kit, or use a wilwood setup. Complety depends on your budget. £200-250 will see you with a bigger setup on stock calipers, £500ish will see you an Evo brembo setup on 330 or 345mm discs, £6-700 will see you a wilwood kit, £1000+ might get you a K-Sport kit.
Z32 or R33 GTST 296mm brakes are fine for the rear, good brakes and good handbrake.
