Hey all,
Just curious as to whose got high miler 200's (and I don't mean rebuilt engines) ?????
I got a 2000yr S14a, had since 65k miles in Nov 2007, and now currently have 150k miles on it..
Stage 1 mods, and miles is a lot of motorway miles (live Glous, work in Cardiff), and also used my car over the years when I drive to my other offices (claim mileage! :D :D )
I'd say my engine is still going good, no major or minor issues as yet :)
Anyone else got similar ?
Pretty sure we have members with over 200k and no issues :wack: seem to remember a thread with the mileages in :D
found this Thread Jon posted back in 2010 that he was on near 178k and I know his is still going believe he has driven to the moon and back a few times because he is old and gets lost :wack: :D
Had a customer a few years ago on 262k miles and was running 400+bhp. no problems with regular maintenance.

Had 180k on mine before someone drove into the side of it, drove perfectly, no problems!
ive seen 230 something miles in a s14 that got battered around a track quite a lot by its owner. it had good compression when I tested it.
Mine is on 169k ;) and its spot on. Done a compressio test and came up around 140 an all of them. Difference was within 139 to 142.
My ps13 has just come into the country with 265 k on the clock.
Weirdly, I noticed my dashboard count a few more miles this week. It adds a few when it feels like it.Quote:

The car is a bit Trigger's Broom nowadays , but no more so than many cars within the club with half the mileage :nod:
I thought I was doing OK at 159K..... obviously must try harder ! Then again I only do 7K or so a year on average.
Mines just ticked over 100k. It may make 103k by this time next year if I try hard.
