I’ve had a tree come down on to my fence which I believe was on council land. How would I be able to confirm this?
Also the fence in question is old and could do with being replaced but it’s not obvious in the deeds as to who it belongs to, I’m hoping this is also a council item as technically it backs on to a road.

this is a hedge line at the end of a cul-de-sac, no nothing about the land registry tbh.

Whats over the other side, some road or something?
Check the council website, see if it's been adopted by the council.
Council maintained road
Council are sending someone out to assess when they get time.
