Still No Spark!
So I’m getting really frustrated with my car. I’ve had an engine rebuild and I’m trying to get my engine running.
It’s cranking over, I’m getting fuel pressure, but no spark from any of the coil packs.
So far I’ve tested for spark with each of the coils and each of the spark plugs and nothing.
I’ve replaced the Ignition Module
I’ve tested the ground wire in multiple places and directly to the battery!
These are brand new spark plugs
I don’t know where I’m going wrong, all the coils worked when they came off the car, I wouldn’t imagine all of them would have gone bad!
Any help would be appreciated, I’m open to any suggestions

did you connect the ground wire on the coilpack loom ?
-
Is the “new” ignitor tested? Is the cas installed with the dots etc lined up?
-
Yes I’ve connected the coil loom earth. And I shall check the CAS
-
There is a guide on YouTube if you’ve not done it before.
-
unplg the injector loom, plug in a spare cas and give it a spin you should hear the coil packs fire.
if that don't work you can earth out each pin on the ecu one at a time to fire each coil pack individually
could just be your cas is fitted wrong.

Immobiliser relay knackered?
-
I shall check my CAS is positioned correctly, and I’ll check the relay for the immobiliser. Will report back shortly

I’ve found my problem, the friend who rebuilt my engine, put my Greddy Cam sprockets on the wrong way
