RB25 s14 no spark and no injectors pulse

Evening, so I'm nearly done on swapping an RB25 into my S14 but I've hit a speed bump... It doesn't start.

So when cranking there is no injector pulses and no spark and the fuel pump doesn't run when the engine is cranking but primes when the ignition is turned on.

I have checked the cas and tried another cas but still no change.
I have confirmed that when rotating the cas by hand I am getting about 3v ref and a pulse on the position pin but the injectors don't activate.

I have checked and confirmed the ecu has 12v and Ground and an IGN and start signal when cranking.

I have confirmed the injectors and coils have 12v when the ignition is on.

I have also tried running new wires from the cas to the ecu to rule out cable breakage but no luck.

Any ideas or help would be much appreciated...

I found the problem in the end. The harness I had, had the cas wired incorrectly had to completely repin it
