Get a cambelt kit and new waterpump while you're at ot and do it yourself! As long as you have some spanner skills you will be fine.
There is a guide in the sticky threads section i believe!
Hardest part is removing the crank pulley!
You will need a STRONG impact gun and 27mm socket for the crank pulley, it's an absolute bitch to get off. Just did my water pump.
Apart from that, its a pretty straight forward job to do yourself, shouldn't take any more than 4 hours even if you haven't done it before
Don't forget to put engine at TDC on cylinder 1 before you begin, otherwise itll be a headache. Don't be like me lol
Use a big breaker bar.
Buy a Gates cambelt kit. High quality, reasonable cost, includes tensioners and fitted to most cas by now.

Thanks for all the advice- I'm not keen to tackle the job especially having read above comments!- can anyone recommend a garage local to me- within max 20 miles- thanks
PM AlanJuggler. He's Bolton/Manchester and I'd trust his advice.
He'll probably offer to help you do it yourself though :D
Try looking for GATES 5269XS.
It suits ca18det and some AUDI engine.
some of the south Manchester guys use driftgarage in burton-upon-trent although that may be a bit of a jaunt.
DCMS is up in Burnley mate, up the A666 and about 3 junctions down on the M65. 01282414413
