They do seem particularly busy for some reason, I've spoke to them twice within a week to swap one of my cars - 20 minute wait both times which was a bit annoying. Still happy at the service though, they just need to employ more phone admins.
yet to ask for a quote from these guys... I may leave it till next week now haha
